All tickets we sell cannot be changed, refunded, or cancelled after purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund any reservations under any circumstances.
If you made a reservation for the wrong date, time, airport, or passenger, please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase. Changing dates, times, or airports will likely change the cost of your reservation. In addition, you will be charged additional fees for changing a non-changeable reservation.
If you’d like to request a special meal, make sure to let us know before your reservation is made. If you didn’t have us request a special meal when we made your reservation, you’ll need to contact the airline directly in order to request one.
If you’d like to add additional passengers to a reservation you’ve already made with us, you can contact us to do so. However, airlines change fares continuously, so we cannot guarantee that any passengers you add to an existing reservation will be placed on the same flights for the same fare.
