• Booking
  a Trip

  All tickets we sell cannot be changed, refunded, or cancelled after purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund any reservations under any circumstances.

  If you made a reservation for the wrong date, time, airport, or passenger, please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase. Changing dates, times, or airports will likely change the cost of your reservation. In addition, you will be charged additional fees for changing a non-changeable reservation.

  If you’d like to request a special meal, make sure to let us know before your reservation is made. If you didn’t have us request a special meal when we made your reservation, you’ll need to contact the airline directly in order to request one.

  If you’d like to add additional passengers to a reservation you’ve already made with us, you can contact us to do so. However, airlines change fares continuously, so we cannot guarantee that any passengers you add to an existing reservation will be placed on the same flights for the same fare.

• Payment
  and Billing

  We are unable to accept airline-issued coupons or vouchers, or credit cards issued outside of the United States or Canada.

  Most debit cards have a relatively low daily limit, which may prevent you from successfully purchasing a ticket. If the price of the ticket you’d like to purchase is higher than your debit card’s daily limit, you will need to contact your bank to have your daily limit raised.

  Your credit or debit card may also be declined because it is not activated; because the transaction is unusually large and is flagged by the card issuer as fraud; or because the card number, expiration date, or billing address were entered incorrectly.

  All prices listed on this site are in United States dollars. If you purchase a ticket with a credit or debit card issued in Canada, the charges will be converted to Canadian dollars.

  The billing address you provide when making a payment must match the billing address associated with the credit card you use to make that payment. If the addresses do not match, your reservation may be cancelled in order to protect both the cardholder and our company from potentially fraudulent use of a credit card. If such a cancellation occurs, you will be notified via email.

  To prevent credit card fraud, we only allow customers to purchase airline tickets for other individuals under certain circumstances. In order to purchase a ticket for another individual, you will need to provide us with a credit card authorization form and the associated documentation.

  All airfare prices include non-refundable, per-ticket booking fees. These fees will often appear as part of an “airfare balance” charge from our travel support center on your credit or debit card statement, separate from the rest of the cost of the ticket. This “airfare balance” charge may also contain part of your ticket’s base fare.

• Shipping and Confirmation

  Most tickets purchased through Consolidator Webfares are electronic “e-tickets.” After purchasing an e-ticket, you should receive a confirmation email. This email serves as the receipt for your purchase, and must be shown during check-in at the airport.

  Due to fraud-prevention restrictions imposed by credit and debit card issuers, we are obligated to ship all paper tickets only to the billing address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. This billing address must match the billing address associated with the credit card used to make the payment, even if that billing address is a PO Box or APO address. However, as per FedEx shipping rules, we cannot send paper tickets to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

  If you purchase a paper ticket, you will also be charged a FedEx shipping fee: $19 for deliveries within the continental United States, with additional shipping fees for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. A shipping fee of at least $45 will be charged for all deliveries outside of the United States or Canada. Our travel support center uses two-day shipping whenever possible, and overnight shipping for last-minute ticket orders. It may take up to three business days from the date of purchase for paper tickets to be delivered to the United States or Canada, or seven business days from the date of purchase for tickets to be delivered to other countries.

  Seat numbers are automatically assigned after your reservation has been assigned a ticket on all associated flights. To try and change your seat assignment, contact the airline directly. For certain flights, seats will not be assigned to passengers until they arrive at the airport. This includes flights that are mostly full, as well as certain connecting flights that both begin and end outside of a passenger’s country of origin.

  Airlines make changes to their flight schedule at their discretion, so we strongly advise you to contact the airline or airlines you will be flying with 24 hours before your departure to re-confirm your flight times.

• At the
  Airport

  Any children under the age of 18 who are traveling will need an accompanying adult to verify their identity. We recommend that you bring along copies of the birth certificates of any minors who are traveling with you. As per FAA rules, children under the age of 18 do not need a photo ID to board a domestic flight, as long as an accompanying adult can certify their identity.

  If you are checking bags for a domestic flight, you should arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to departure. If you are only bringing carry-on luggage, you should plan to arrive at the airport at least 60 minutes prior to departure. It is recommended that you arrive at least two hours prior to departure for all international flights.

  Each airline has its own specific rules and regulations regarding unaccompanied minors traveling alone. Therefore, we recommend that you contact the airline that the unaccompanied minor will be flying with for an overview of their policies before booking their ticket.
